I'm really worried because my recent medical checkup in a Saudi clinic showed some upper lobe fibrotic lesions in my X-ray. They said I'm unfit because of this, and when I asked the doctor, they mentioned it might be due to old tuberculosis, showing up as fibrosis. I'm confused and a bit scaredcan something like this be treated or removed? What's the best way to go about this?

I'm having some breathing issues at night and it's getting worrisome. My family doc mentioned Montair LC and Fluticone FT which help when I use them, but it seems like this problem is becoming constant. Do you have any advice or ideas on what might be happening?

I've been in the hospital for pneumonia and all my blood tests came back normal except for the ESR, which is a bit high. I saw my sputum test results on the doctor's phone, and it mentioned something about Haemophilus influenzae, which I looked up and found it's a type of bacteria causing pneumonia. They've got me on Taximax 1500, Pulmoclear, Zipod CV 200, Linowin, and some Mucolytic syrup called Ambrolite. I used to have a low-grade fever thats been gone for about 34 days now, but Im still dealing with this dry cough that just wont quit and gets worse a lot. Its been six days since treatment started, and Im still in the hospital. How much longer do you think it'll take for me to recover with the treatment Im on currently?

Yes,continue same treatment as advised by the physician.Patient is advised tab levocetrizine 10 mg orally,at bedtime for 5 days .

I've been dealing with chest pain since January 2017, and even though all my blood tests like CBC, LFT, KFT, ECG, and an ultrasound of the abdomen came back negative, the X-ray found an infection in my left lung. A CT scan showed that the upper left lobe has collapsed, but the bronchoscopy didn't reveal anything. My main worry is that the infection seems to be getting worse according to the X-rays. I've been taking the medicines prescribed by my doctor, like Macox Plus, Pyzinia 1000, Combutol 800, and Durapain for the past two months. I'm really concerned about whether these medicines are enough to tackle the infection and help with my situation. What else can I do or look into to improve my condition?
