I'm really worried because my recent medical checkup in a Saudi clinic showed some upper lobe fibrotic lesions in my X-ray. They said I'm unfit because of this, and when I asked the doctor, they mentioned it might be due to old tuberculosis, showing up as fibrosis. I'm confused and a bit scaredcan something like this be treated or removed? What's the best way to go about this?

View allI'm really concerned about this cold and cough that keeps coming back, especially with breathing problems at night and in the early morning for the past three weeks. I saw a general physician and the medicine worked for a week, but the breathing issue starts up again as soon as I stop taking it. What should I do about this?
It sounds like you may have asthma or an allergic airway condition triggered by cold or night-time air. I recommend consulting a pulmonologist for a proper evaluation, including spirometry. Continuing appropriate long-term treatment, like inhalers, may help prevent recurrence.

I was diagnosed with COVID on June 24th and got treatment until July 10th. When I got discharged, the doctor said I didn't need another swab test. Since then, I haven't had any symptoms or health issues. I'm wondering if it's safe for me to go back to doing cardio workouts now. Also, what precautions should I take while exercising, and is it okay to focus on weight loss?

I'm having trouble breathing and can't seem to get air through my nose for a while now, so I've been breathing through my mouth instead. But lately, even that's becoming tough and I feel like I have to take big breaths just to get enough oxygen. What's going on with this?
