I'm really starting to get worried because I've had this cough and cold for two weeks now, and it's not a dry cough. I've already gone through a whole bottle of Reswas syrup, but it didn't really do anything. I even tried taking Grillintus BM for a day, but I had to stop because I experienced some side effects. What should I do next? Is there something else I can try?

Considering your persistent cough and cold for two weeks, and unsuccessful treatment with Reswas syrup and Grillintus BM, consult me with detaoiled history to reassess your condition, as you may need a different medication or a combination of treatments, such as a mucolytic agent, expectorant, or antihistamine, and in the meantime, try symptomatic relief measures like steam inhalation, saline nasal sprays, and warm liquids.

View allI'm feeling pretty confused and a bit worried about this pain I've got going on. It started in my arms and now it's spread to my neck and shoulders. I'm not sure who I should reach out to firstshould I go to a general physician, a pain specialist, a physiotherapist, or an orthopedist? Any guidance would be much appreciated.
Deworming medications are usually recommended for children and people living in areas with poor sanitation and hygiene. However, before taking any medication: 1. _Consult a doctor_: To determine if deworming is necessary and to discuss potential side effects. 2. _Check for contraindications_: Ensure you don't have any medical conditions that may interact with the medication. 3. _Follow the recommended dosage_: Adhere to the prescribed dosage and treatment duration.

I've had typhoid for the past 25 days, but I'm feeling better now. I'm wondering how long I should stay away from non-veg food. Also, is it okay to get back into my regular exercise routine like hitting the gym?

I recently cut my finger with a new razor blade, and while there wasnt any rust or soil on it, the wound did bleed. I put some Dettol on it, and now it's healed up, but I havent had a tetanus shot in over five years. Should I get the injection right away, or is it okay if I wait a bit?
u take
