I'm really struggling with acne on my face. It seems to clear up for a bit when I use ointment, but the moment I stop, it just comes back. What could be causing this and how can I manage it better?

It sounds like you may be dealing with acne that is recurring when you stop using the ointment. Paknet-C is a combination medication that contains Clindamycin and Nicotinamide, which are commonly used to treat acne. I would recommend using a gentle cleanser to wash your face twice a day, and then applying a thin layer of a topical retinoid like Adapalene gel at night. Additionally, you can continue using Paknet-C as spot treatment for active acne lesions. If your acne persists, it would be best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

View allI've been dealing with some intense redness on my face after using skinlite cream for a couple of days. My dermatologist suggested momivate cream which has 0.1% mometasone furoate. Is it okay to leave this cream on overnight? I'm also worried because my skin is really oily and prone to acne. Could using this cream cause more acne? Would really appreciate your advice.
Continue all the medications as advised by the dermatologist.

Has anyone else had a similar experience or could you offer some advice on whether it's safe and effective to use this cream for my situation?
You can use it but further evaluation is required to rule out cause of pigmentation, visit your Dermatologist for appropriate treatment and take well balanced diet and stay hydrated.
