I'm really struggling with acne right now and I'm curious about what actually causes it and how I can treat it. Also, I've heard mixed things about whether masturbation can cause acne and would love some clarity on that. Can you help me understand this better?

Acne is caused by a combination of factors including excess oil production, clogged hair follicles, bacteria, and inflammation. To treat acne, you can use topical treatments containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. In more severe cases, oral medications like isotretinoin may be prescribed. It is important to maintain a good skincare routine and avoid picking or squeezing acne lesions. There is no scientific evidence to suggest that masturbation causes acne.

Does masturbation lead to getting HIV or AIDS? Also, I've had pimples on my face, should I be worried about having AIDS because of that? And there was this one time when I felt some pain in my pelvic area, is that something related to AIDS too?
No that's impossible to get such disease.

I've been experiencing this really strange itching all over my body, like on my chest, hands, neck, back, and shoulders. The thing is, these marks just show up on my skin like scratch marks, but I swear I didn't scratch myself. It's kind of weird because after some time, they just disappear when the itching stops. I'm starting to get worried about what this could be. Do you have any idea what's going on?
