I'm really struggling with alopecia, and it feels like its taken over my life and happiness. It all began when I was in 6th grade, and within a year, the hair loss spread all over my body. Because of this, I haven't been able to go out or even attend school. What should I do? Can you offer any advice?

View allI've been dealing with a fungal infection on my penis for a few months now. I saw my GP and they gave me Daktarin cream, which really helped with the symptoms. But now I've run out and I'm noticing the dry skin coming back. I got prescribed Daktacort cream this time, but it says not to use it on the genital area. Is it actually safe to use there? Also, since it's just mild dry skin at this point, could using shea butter as a moisturizer be a good idea?
Daktacort cream contains an antifungal (miconazole) and a mild corticosteroid (hydrocortisone) which can be effective for fungal infections. However, it is not recommended for use on the genital region due to the presence of the corticosteroid which can cause thinning of the skin in that area. It is best to consult your healthcare provider for an alternative treatment for your genital fungal infection. As for using shea butter as a moisturizer for mild dry skin, it can be a good option as shea butter is known for its moisturizing properties.

I've noticed that my genital area has become dark brown, and I'm wondering if there's any treatment available to lighten it, similar to how depigmentation is done for the face. Are there options like cryotherapy to help with this? Also, how can I prevent it from getting darker? Does anyone offer this kind of treatment in Bangalore?
Its natural and healthy to have dark intimate area no need to worry, you can use intimate moisturizer that would help you

I've got a wheatish sensitive combination skin type and I'm curious about improving my skin tone. I've tried the Dermadew Aloe lotion at night as per my dermatologist's suggestion, but I didn't really see any noticeable changes. I recently found out about Dermadew Glow cream and I'm wondering if it's safe for my skin and if it might help me achieve a clearer, more even complexion. Would love to know your thoughts!
Dermadew glo is advised, if any side-effects dermat opinion is advsed to the patient.
