I'm really struggling with this awful stomach pain and constant bloating. I was taking Digene and Rablet, and it worked for a bit, but then it just stopped being effective. Now I'm on Rablet IT and Asthymin, but there's still no relief. What's weird is that when I'm asleep, I don't have gas issues, but as soon as I wake up, it all starts again, and my whole stomach hurts. Drinking cold milk seems to help temporarily, but nothing else seems to work. What could be causing this, and is there anything else I should try?

I'm concerned about my health because my bilirubin level has reached 6.2, and despite having a normal MRI of my abdomen, my bilirubin keeps rising. Can you help me understand why this might be happening? I have my blood test report if you need any specific details from it.
Yes, you can take Dolo 650 (paracetamol) and Cetirizine together. No known significant interactions between the two. However, always follow dosage instructions and consult a doctor if: - You have pre-existing medical conditions - Taking other medications - Exceeding recommended doses
