I'm really struggling because I've got a nasal polyp that just won't quit and it's especially bad at night. I usually use Otrivin nasal spray which helps a lot, but I'm out of it right now. The polyp is making it so I cant breathe well and Im having trouble sleeping. What can I do to open up my nasal passage right away?

I've been having some trouble with my nose and noticed this yellowish thing inside, which I guess might be a polyp. I remember a doctor mentioning back in 2018 that I had polyps and might need surgery. But now, when I look in the mirror, I can really see it there, and it's tough to breathe through that nostril.
