I'm really struggling because I've got a nasal polyp that just won't quit and it's especially bad at night. I usually use Otrivin nasal spray which helps a lot, but I'm out of it right now. The polyp is making it so I cant breathe well and Im having trouble sleeping. What can I do to open up my nasal passage right away?

If drug treatment doesn't shrink or eliminate nasal polyps, you may need endoscopic surgery to remove polyps and to correct problems with your sinuses that make them prone to inflammation and polyp development... Your surgeon may also enlarge the openings leading from your sinuses to your nasal passages. Endoscopic surgery is usually performed as an outpatient procedure.

View allI'm 17 and recently had a check-up where the doctor diagnosed me with acute otitis media in my right ear, possibly due to my cold. I've been taking antibiotics like Natravox, using a nasal spray, and a tablet called Nasathera for the cold. The pain in my ear has gone away after taking painkillers, and my cold has cleared up too. But I'm still not hearing fully from my right earthere's this ringing sound. I dance as a hobby, and with a dance concert coming up soon, I'm wondering if it's safe to continue practicing or do any strenuous activities with this ear infection. Could this affect my recovery or hearing any further?

I'm dealing with some hardened ear wax buildup, and when my doctor tried to take it out last time, it was really painful. The doctor suggested using anesthesia for the removal, but I'm worried about the cost of the procedure. Is there a more affordable alternative that I could consider?
