Question
I'm really struggling with constipation and I've heard Isabgol might help. But I'm not sure how long I need to take it to see real results. Are we talking a few weeks, or could it take several months or even a year to completely get rid of the problem?

Isabgol (psyllium husk) can help alleviate constipation symptoms within 2-7 days, but for optimal results and to establish regular bowel habits, it's recommended to take isabgol consistently for at least 2-3 months, and ideally, as a long-term dietary supplement to support digestive health, under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
