I've been having really bad gas pain in my chest and back since last night, and it's been pretty unbearable. I also know I have a gall bladder stone that's about 12 mm and I struggle with acidity problems too. Can you help me figure out what I should do about this?

It sounds like the gas pain might be linked to your gallbladder stone and acidity. Avoid spicy, fatty foods, and eat small, frequent meals. For immediate relief, take an antacid and consult a gastroenterologist soon to discuss options like dietary management or surgery for the stone.

View allI'm having this weird feeling of uneasiness in my chest, but it's only when I'm trying to sleep at night, during the day it's not there at all. When it happens, I usually just get up, drink some water, and I end up belching a lot, and then after a while, I can go back to sleep like normal. I've been keeping an eye on my SpO2 at home and its around 97-98 every time I check it. Also, I went to a general physician yesterday, May 18, and they said my SpO2 is good too. I don't have any other symptoms, especially those related to Covid. My doctor gave me antibiotics to be on the safer side along with some vitamins for three days. I'm just wondering if there's anything else I should be looking into, like, should I get a CT scan of my lungs or anything like that given my situation?
At present CT is not required . Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient. Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice

I'm a bit concerned because my bilirubin levels are slightly elevated at about 2.1. I really would prefer not to use antibiotics and I'm thinking of trying a natural remedy or supplement to help with this. Between Liv 52 and Milk Thistle, which one would be a better choice for me?
-Given that your bilirubin is slightly elevated at 2.1, both Liv 52 and Milk Thistle can support liver health. Milk Thistle is often recommended for detoxifying the liver and reducing inflammation. Liv 52 has a more comprehensive formulation for liver fun
