I've been having really bad gas pain in my chest and back since last night, and it's been pretty unbearable. I also know I have a gall bladder stone that's about 12 mm and I struggle with acidity problems too. Can you help me figure out what I should do about this?

It sounds like the gas pain might be linked to your gallbladder stone and acidity. Avoid spicy, fatty foods, and eat small, frequent meals. For immediate relief, take an antacid and consult a gastroenterologist soon to discuss options like dietary management or surgery for the stone.

View allmy doctor said I have an old healed fissure and surgery isn't needed but I'm not sure what that really means does it still cause problems or is it completely fine now
It's understandable to be unsure when a doctor advises against surgery. While surgery is often a last resort for chronic anal fissures, most cases can be managed with conservative treatments like lifestyle changes and medications.

I've been diagnosed with a 1.5 cm stone in the neck of my gallbladder. I'm really concerned and wondering if there are any non-surgical options available to deal with this. Could you advise on possible alternatives or treatments?

I'm a 29-year-old guy, and I've been diagnosed with a grade 3 fatty liver. I don't have diabetes and just drink occasionally. I recently had a fibroscan that showed no fibrosis, but my SGOT is 70, SGPT is 45. My total bilirubin level is 1.2, with direct bilirubin at 0.8, and my uric acid is 7.9. Should I be worried about these numbers, and what can I do to improve my liver health?
