I'm really concerned because my SGPT level is at 370. Is this something that can be treated? Could you let me know what kind of medicine I should be taking and how often, to bring it back to the normal range?

To reduce it to normal range, you can take medications like Ursocol, Liv 52, and HepaMerz. These medications can help in improving liver function. It is important to consult a doctor for proper dosage and duration of treatment.

I'm dealing with a fissure and it's really uncomfortable. I'm hoping for some advice on how to heal it permanently. Could you suggest any treatments or steps I should take to get rid of this issue for good?

Fissures can be quite painful and bothersome. To help heal a fissure permanently, you can try using a topical ointment called Rectiv. Apply a pea-sized amount of Rectiv 0.4% ointment to the affected area twice daily for up to 4 weeks. Additionally, you can take stool softeners like Colace to prevent constipation and reduce straining during bowel movements. It is also important to increase your fiber intake and stay hydrated to promote regular bowel movements and prevent further irritation.

I'm having trouble sometimes with taking deep breaths. It's easier when I yawn, but other times it's really tough. My pulmonary function test came back normal, and my oxygen levels are good too. But I've also noticed that whenever I eat, there's this smell and sound from my mouth, reminding me of acidity or gastric issues. Could these be related, and what should I do about it?
