I'm really struggling with a dry cough and it's quite annoying. Are there any effective cough syrups you could recommend to help with this? I've tried a couple from the pharmacy but haven't had much luck, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

For dry cough, you can try using Delsym (dextromethorphan) syrup. The recommended dosage for adults is 10 mL every 12 hours. Another option is Robitussin Dry Cough (dextromethorphan) syrup, with a recommended dosage of 10 mL every 4 hours. Always follow the instructions on the label and consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns.

I'm really curious and a bit concerned about these two tablets my doctor suggestedJetcal K2 and Oxiray Plus. What exactly are they for, and is it okay for someone my age, 55, to take them? Can you help me understand this better?
