I'm really struggling with this dry throat and persistent cough. It feels like I've tried everything and just can't seem to shake this tickly cough. What can I do to finally get some relief?

To alleviate a dry throat and tickly cough, try a multifaceted approach: stay hydrated with warm liquids like tea or broth, use a humidifier to add moisture to the air, gargle with salt water, suck on lozenges or cough drops,

View allI'm having this issue where I'm producing a lot of saliva while I'm sleeping, and it feels like my mouth and windpipe are just drying out, so I'm constantly having to swallow. It sometimes leads to saliva or mucus accidentally getting into my windpipe when I'm deeply asleep, and I wake up suddenly because I'm choking and can't breathe. It's really scary because I struggle for a bit before I can finally breathe normally again. It's making me afraid that I might actually choke in my sleep. Also, I've got this allergy to cough. Could you help me understand what's going on and maybe what I can do about it?

I'm having this sharp, sticking pain in my right ear that comes every 15 minutes or so, but it's really brief, maybe 2 or 3 seconds each time. It almost feels like something is touching my eardrum for a quick moment and then it stops. This has been going on for a week now. A few days ago, I had a mild fever and cold, but otherwise, I'm feeling better now. The pain isn't that severe, but Im worried if this could be the start of something more serious. What do you think this could be?
That could be ear effusion, visit ENT docotor for evaluation and appropriate treatment, and practice valsalva for better relief.
