I've been diagnosed with hearing loss and saw three ENT doctors two said it's conductive hearing loss from a deviated septum and recommended nose surgery, while the third thinks it could be otosclerosis and suggested a stapedectomy. I'm really confused about which diagnosis is right and what surgery I should consider. How do I figure out the best course of action here?
