I'm really struggling with eating properly these past two weeks. Every time I try to eat food like chapati or rice, I feel like I'm going to vomit, and sometimes I actually do, even if it's just fruits. It's really concerning, and I don't know what's going on. I visited a doctor, had some blood tests done, and I just got the results back today. My next appointment is on Saturday, and my ESR level is 60. What does that mean, and could it be causing these symptoms? I'm kind of worried.

I've been having this burning sensation around my rectum for a few days now, and I'm a bit worried. My meals have been pretty spicy lately, so I'm thinking that might have something to do with it. I've been drinking plenty of water, so I'm not sure what else could be causing it. Do you have any advice on how I can make this go away?
drink more oral fluids
