I'm really struggling with eating properly these past two weeks. Every time I try to eat food like chapati or rice, I feel like I'm going to vomit, and sometimes I actually do, even if it's just fruits. It's really concerning, and I don't know what's going on. I visited a doctor, had some blood tests done, and I just got the results back today. My next appointment is on Saturday, and my ESR level is 60. What does that mean, and could it be causing these symptoms? I'm kind of worried.

My dad is 70 and has gallstones plus bile duct stones seen on MRI and CT He also has jaundice with high bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase The report says his CBD is dilated to 20mm with two stones - one near the ampulla and another 17mm stone in the distal CBD Can he just get an ERCP to remove the bile duct stones or does his gallbladder need to come out too What determines whether gallbladder removal is necessary in cases like this

ERCP can often remove CBD stones; gallbladder removal may still be needed later to prevent recurrence and depends on age, symptoms, and health.

I'm using 10ml of this syrup at night for my fissure, as my doctor suggested for two weeks. It's been 8 days now and I feel like it's getting better. Once I hit the two-week mark, can I stop taking it all of a sudden, or do I need to cut down slowly over a few days? I'm also curious if using it for two weeks is too long. What do you recommend?
