My doctor switched me from lactifiber to lactihep plus for my hard stools. I'm supposed to take 10ml, but I'm not sure how much water I should mix it with. Could you guide me on this?

You can mix 10 ml of Lactihep Plus in about half a glass of water (around 100-150 ml) and drink it. Follow it up with plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and help with stool softening.

View allI'm really concerned because I had loose motions this morning and took two tablets of Enteroquinol. The good news is that the loose motions seem to be under control, but now I'm dealing with a mild fever and just feeling really weak overall. I've mainly been eating eggs for lunch and oats with milk, flax seeds, and prunes for dinner. Is there any medication you think I should try? Also, are there specific foods I should avoid or focus on eating while I'm feeling like this? I'm just trying to get back to feeling better.

I'm experiencing a burning sensation in my lower abdomen, and my bowel movements have been irregular lately. Theres no sign of a UTI, and all my test reports came back normal. Should I be concerned about these symptoms, and what might be causing this discomfort?
