I'm really struggling with this issue where my testicles have a strong, unpleasant smell, and I've noticed this yellow layer on my hair. I've tried everything from washing to shaving, but it just keeps coming back, especially in the summer. My skin around that area seems damaged too. What can I do to fix this?

Possible Reasons for Thigh Changes
- Muscle Imbalance: Repeated dry humping might have led to overdevelopment of certain muscle groups, causing an imbalance.
- Poor Posture: Frequent pressure on your thighs and legs might have affected your posture, leading to uneven muscle development.
- Genetic Factors: Natural growth patterns and genetic predispositions can influence body shape and muscle distribution.

View allI'm really worried because I've been experiencing massive hair loss after having dengue fever. My dermatologist tells me it's called Telogen Effluvium. Every day, it feels like my hair is just falling out in chunks, and I'm terrified that I might lose all of it soon. In just two weeks, I've lost half of my hair, and it's really shaking my confidence to the point where I just want to hide away. I'm wondering if I should start wearing a wig and just hope for the best. Is there any chance my hair will grow back, or should I be prepared for the possibility of going bald? This whole thing is incredibly stressful and I'm struggling to cope. Looking for some advice on what I should do.
