I'm really struggling with this issue where my testicles have a strong, unpleasant smell, and I've noticed this yellow layer on my hair. I've tried everything from washing to shaving, but it just keeps coming back, especially in the summer. My skin around that area seems damaged too. What can I do to fix this?

Possible Reasons for Thigh Changes
- Muscle Imbalance: Repeated dry humping might have led to overdevelopment of certain muscle groups, causing an imbalance.
- Poor Posture: Frequent pressure on your thighs and legs might have affected your posture, leading to uneven muscle development.
- Genetic Factors: Natural growth patterns and genetic predispositions can influence body shape and muscle distribution.

View allI've got some hard skin that's formed on my right hand little finger, and it's making me itch constantly. Once I start scratching, it's hard to stop. I'm really not sure what's going on and it's getting kinda annoying. Could this be something serious or do you think it's just dry skin? Any advice on what I should do next would be super helpful.
If it really hard and pigmentation is seen that could be a type of psoriatic patch, avoid scratching and keep it moist, visit Dermatologist for appropriate treatment.

I'm noticing some reddish spots on my right cheek and I've been using Melacare face cream to treat them. Is it really effective for dark spots, or should I be concerned about any side effects? If it's not recommended, could you suggest a good face cream that helps with skin glow and dark spot removal?
