View allI'm a bit worried about my body temperature. It usually stays around 98 to 98.7 in the morning but goes up to 99 by late afternoon, then drops back to 98.7 around 9 pm and stays there. It's been like this since April 10. For a couple of days in between, my temperature didn't go above 98.7. I haven't taken any meds for fever. Could this be something like typhoid or malaria? I haven't been able to get a blood test because of the whole corona situation. What do you think might be going on?
sometimes dueto hormonal changes also there's is change in temperature. Drink plenty of water and avoid stress as much as you can

I'm a bit worried about my husband's health. His vitamin B12 levels are at 185, and his vitamin D is 6.7. Plus, his homocysteine is pretty high at 56. The doctor has mentioned he should take Nurokind Plus for a long time. Is there anything else he should be doing or watching out for? Also, I've noticed his HDL cholesterol is low. Any advice on how we can improve that?
In addition to taking Nurokind Plus for his vitamin B12 deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, and high homocysteine levels, your husband can also make some lifestyle changes to improve his HDL cholesterol levels. He should focus on incorporating more healthy fats into his diet, such as olive oil, avocados, and fatty fish like salmon. Regular exercise, especially aerobic exercise, can also help raise HDL levels. Additionally, quitting smoking and reducing alcohol consumption can have a positive impact on HDL cholesterol.

I've been having this pain on the lower left side of my rib for quite a while now, and it's gotten to the point where I can't even touch it. I'm worried it might be something to do with my bones or maybe something going on with my internal organs. How can I figure out what's causing this?
USG abdomen and chest x-ray
