I'm really struggling with shyness whenever I'm around girls. Even a simple touch makes me feel like there's an electric current running through me, and it's been like this since I was in Class 4, not just starting from 9th grade. I went to a coed school from LKG, so it's not like I haven't been around girls. It's complicated because Ive always been quite poor with academics, but I'm super active in sports. Do you think this shyness could be some sort of psychic issue?

I'm struggling with a porn addiction and I can't seem to stop. I do it about ten times a day and it's really starting to affect my life. I'm worried and I really need some advice from a medical perspective on how to overcome this. Can you help me out?

I recommend talking to a therapist or counselor who specializes in addiction; they can guide you through strategies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Additionally, setting clear goals and reducing triggers gradually can also help you regain control.

I'm really anxious right now... I attempted suicide last night, but it didn't work, and now I'm feeling even more depressed. It's mostly because of this sexual issue I'm dealing with, you know, erectile dysfunction. I've never told my parents about this, and I really can't imagine leaving them alone. What should I do?

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way, but I'm unable to provide the support you need. It's important to reach out to someone who can, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. Please know that there are people who care about you and want to help you through this.
