I'm really struggling with tinnitus and I'm desperate to find a solution. It's been about 4 months now and I've already tried Otocap, Goonj Forte, Lecope, and Cefakind 250, but they only helped reduce the sound by about 50%. My tinnitus started from depression, high blood pressure, and constipation. I'm curious if there's any doctor in India who's successfully treated someone with tinnitus and they fully recovered. I've attached my audiogram report too. Can you share any advice or experiences with treatments that really worked?

View allI've been dealing with a DNS issue for a long time and have had multiple surgeries, but it's still not fixed. I visited Apollo Hospital, and the doctor recommended another surgery. My DNS is deviated to the right side, blocking my right nostril, making it hard to breathe properly. Because of this, I feel like my body isn't getting enough oxygen, so I end up breathing quickly or panting. Is surgery the only option, or are there other treatments that could help?
To guide you correctly, a thorough assessment is necessary.

I accidentally took two Sinarest tablets just a few minutes apart because I forgot I had already taken one. My prescription says to take one in the morning and one at night. Could this be a big problem? I'm really worried. What should I do?
no need to worry since it is only 2 tablets that you have swallowed

I'm having trouble taking a deep breath; it feels like something's blocking the air near my throat. I saw a pulmonologist and had a PFT test, which came back normal. The doctor prescribed a deltone tablet, but after a week, there's no improvement. I'm really worried about this and would appreciate any guidance on what might be going on. How can I start breathing freely again?
do regular breathing
