I'm really worried about dealing with scabies mites. I'm wondering if leaving clothes and bedding out in the sunlight for a day is a reliable way to kill them. Would that be enough?

I've been dealing with this pitryasis rosea thing since last week. The doctor said it might take a few months to clear up and gave me some mild soap and lotion.
