I've been dealing with what's probably jock itch and I've been sexually active while this was happening and even masturbated. Now there's this swelling on my penis, like half an inch down from the head, forming a ring about the same width around it. The USG scan showed a 5.2 mm kidney stone in my left kidney with slight hydroureteronephrosis and I've been having terrible pain. The doctor prescribed antibiotics but I'm worried can this stone pass on its own with just medication or will I need surgery?
A 5.2 mm kidney stone with hydroureteronephrosis may pass spontaneously but due to pain and obstruction signs, medical and sometimes surgical help is needed.
