I'm really worried about having fluid in my lungs. How serious is this condition, and do I absolutely need surgery to treat it?

I'm an asthma patient since I was 15 years old. It used to be under control, but in the past year, it's gotten worse. When I eat tomatoes, I start getting phlegm, cough, wheezing, and shortness of breath. My doctor told me to use one puff of Seroflo 100 daily. But what I'm really curious about is why I seem to have such quick mucus production. What kind of care should I be taking?

take tablet mucinac for 5 days

I'm feeling really worried because my family member has been having a bad cough and chest congestion for a few days now. He's also struggling to get any sleep at night and it seems to get worse when he's talking. We went to a doctor and while his blood pressure is fine and the X-ray showed everything is normal, the doctor prescribed some tablets and a syrup, including Ecozet MTA and Amoxicillin, and also recommended using Neb Duolin for a week. We've been following the prescription, but the cough is still not going away. What should our next steps be? Should we be concerned or try something different?

medications given are good, take syrup ascoril twice a day for 1 week

I recently got my lab results and I'm pretty concerned because my TLC is really high at 13700, ESR is 80, and my neutrophils are also high at 80. Plus, my lymphocytes are low. The sputum gram stain shows positive cocci, but the culture report just says normal flora. I haven't had a fever, but I'm experiencing pain when I inhale, and my phlegm sometimes has a foul smell or even looks rusty brown. I've also been dealing with tonsillitis. Do you think there's a chance I might have tuberculosis, or could this just be some kind of other infection? I'd really appreciate any insights.

Do CBNAAT.
