I've been having trouble with my breathing lately, constantly feeling like I need to take deep breaths and yawning all the time. Even small exercises leave me feeling really tired, and I've been dealing with anxiety too. It's getting hard to focus on my studies because of all this. What could be causing these symptoms, and how can I manage them?

It sounds like your symptoms might be linked to anxiety, which can cause shallow breathing, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating. Practicing deep breathing exercises, maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, and seeking help from a mental health professional could greatly improve your condition.

Is it possible for someone with 80% lung damage, maybe from COVID-19, to recover? She seemed to be getting better, but now the doctors are telling us to bring her home and that she might not survive more than a month. They mentioned that only prayers could make a difference. Is there really nothing else we can do?

I've just had a PFT test done, and my FEV1FVC readings came out to be 110, both for pre and post-tests. I'm a bit concerned because I can't consult my pulmonologist since they're on vacation. Do you think this is something I should be worried about?
