I'm really worried about the likelihood of white spots coming back after surgery for leucoderma or vitiligo. Also, I'm stuck trying to figure out if laser treatment or surgery is a better option for curing this. Could you give me some advice on which might be more effective?

I've had a pimple near my eye for the past couple of days, and there's another one on my scalp. It's causing pain in my right eye, and there's some swelling at the bottom of it. Should I be concerned about this? What might be causing it, and is there anything I can do to relieve the symptoms?
Use a topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin for the pimple near your eye and on your head scalp. Apply a small amount to the affected areas twice a day. Additionally, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen to help with the pain and swelling.
