I'm really worried about my aunt - she's been having trouble breathing, and her reports show she has Severe Pulmonary Hypertension. Weve seen a pulmonologist, but they haven't been able to find a solution. We've been following a cardiologist's advice and started her on Bosentas 62.5mg for the past six months, but it seems like her condition is getting worse. Another cardiologist warned us that Bosentas could be harmful to her liver, but we didnt stop it. Now, she can't even walk from her bedroom to the living room without struggling. I'm looking for advice on whether there's any treatment or medication from Homeopathy, Allopathic, or Ayurveda that might help her. Can you offer any guidance?

I'm trying to understand the difference between obstructive sleep apnea and central sleep apnea. What's the main factor doctors look at when diagnosing these? I'm just a bit worried about mixed symptoms that I might have.

Pulmonary function test (PFT) is advised to the patient. Also central sleep apnea is less common .There is block in the airway in obstructive sleep apnea , in central sleep apnea brain signals to the muscles of breathing is blocked.

I'm really worried about my wheezing problem that I've had since I was a 6-month-old baby. My parents took me to various consultants trying to fix it, but nothing really worked. The last doctor I saw was Dr. Raju at Raju hospitals. He ran some tests and suggested I use Cipla Inhalers. So, I've been using CIPLA ROTOCAPS Seroflo 100 for almost 15 years now. I'm scared that if these inhalers are ever unavailable, I won't make it past a week. Recently, my wheezing got really bad because I've been traveling a lot and the cold weather doesn't help, even though I'm based in Chennai. I'm just wondering, should I keep using Seroflo 100 rotocaps or consider other medicines to finally get rid of this wheezing for good?

I've been dealing with this persistent cough coming from deep in my lungs for 12 minutes straight, around 56 times a day. There's no fever, and it's not a wet cough. I went to a physician who ran a chest X-ray, blood reports, and urine test, but everything came back normal. They suggested I take Pantoprazole and Domperidone, Doxycycline, Diethylcarbamazine (100mg Hetrazan), and Levocetirizine with Montelukast (Montecope) for 5 days. After that, the doctor told me to keep going with Hetrazan and Montecope for another 10 days. Should I be concerned about something underlying that wasn't picked up in the tests? Is there anything else I should consider doing or asking about?

kindly continue the same treatment
