I'm really worried about my cough and pneumonia because I've had a fever for the last week. My Vidal test is on the borderline and my chest infection seems like it's getting worse every day. I also have my X-ray reports with me. Could you please provide some advice on what I should do next?

View allI'm feeling pretty uneasy these past three days because of some breathing issues. It's odd because I can run for 2 km without any trouble, but when I'm lying down, I'm experiencing shortness of breath. I'm also dealing with a bit of a dry cough. My blood pressure and oxygen levels are normal, though. What could be causing these symptoms?
