I'm really worried about my aunt who was recently admitted to a top hospital in Mumbai because she's been having trouble breathing. They've done an ECG and a lung X-ray, and both came back normal. Her blood pressure is also fine, but the doctors still cant figure out what's causing her breathlessness. Do you have any ideas on what could be going on or what steps we should take next?

I'm really worried about my grandfather. He's 75, and with his COPD and asthma, his breathing has become pretty challenging.
