I'm really worried about my brother. He was told he has a positive semen culture for enterococcus faecalis, and now his urologist prescribed two daily injections of mikacin 500 mg for 5 days and a daily tablet of forcan 150. I'm just wondering, is it normal to need so many injections for this type of infection? And is mikacin the right antibiotic for enterococcus faecalis?

I've just got my urine test results back and it mentions something about PUS cells being 56 hpf. My doctor said it's a UTI. What should I be doing to treat it, and is there anything I should be worried about?

For a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) diagnosis with 5-6 pus cellshpf, your doctor will likely prescribe antibiotics, such as Nitrofurantoin, Ciprofloxacin, or Amoxicillin, for 3-7 days to clear the infection; also, drink plenty of water, urinate when needed, and practice good hygiene; potential risk factors if left untreated include kidney damage, recurrent infections, and sepsis, so complete the full antibiotic course and follow up

I've been feeling a bit self-conscious about my manhood. I'm 32 and though I have decent length, it's the thickness that's really got me concerned. Are there any supplements out there that could help with increasing the thickness?

While there are no scientifically proven supplements that can significantly increase the thickness of the penis, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise, a balanced diet, and avoiding smoking can support overall sexual health. If you're concerned, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider to explore safe and effective options.

I'm dealing with phimosis and my doctor in Delhi confirmed it. Right now, I'm in Hyderabad and considering ZSR stapler circumcision. Can you suggest hospitals here that accept insurance for this procedure? I'm a bit worried about the costs and want to find a place where insurance will cover it.

To find a hospital in Hyderabad that offers ZSR stapler circumcision and accepts insurance, you should contact hospitals or clinics specializing in urology or surgical procedures. Check with PACE Hospitals, Pristyn Care, or Hyderabad Laser Surgery as they offer circumcision services and may have information about insurance coverage. You can also consult with your insurance provider to confirm which hospitals are in their network and if ZSR stapler circumcision is a covered procedure
