I'm really worried about my brother. He's 27 years old, stands 6ft tall, and has suddenly lost 10kgs in the past two months despite no changes in his eating habits. Now he's down to 56kgs. What could be causing such a drastic weight loss? It's quite concerning, and I hope to understand what might be going on.

I'm trying to get pregnant but I'm dealing with a prolactin level of 37 and an AMH level of 1.46. I've taken medication for the prolactin issue, and there were 4 pills involved. Do you think I can still get pregnant? I'm also on letrozole and duphaston at the moment. My doctor mentioned IUI as a possibility, but I'm feeling really confused about what to do next. Any advice?

You're on the right track with the treatment your doctor has prescribed. Fertility can be complex, but with the right medication and procedures, your chances of pregnancy can significantly improve. It's natural to feel a bit confused, but trust your doctors guidance and continue with the treatment plan.

I've been practicing intermittent fasting for quite a while now, and it's really helped me shed a lot of fat. Plus, I do a 36-hour fast once every month. But recently, I found out I have Hypothyroidism and I'm now on thyroxine tablets on an empty stomach every morning, and I take a Vitamin D3 tablet once a week. I did mention my fasting routine to my doctor, but I completely forgot to ask if it's okay to keep doing it with my thyroid meds. And since he didn't say I should stop, I'm kind of unsure. So, is it safe to continue intermittent fasting while taking thyroid medication, or should I be concerned?

Yes you can continue fasting while on thyroid medicines In fact if you loose weight your metabolic status might get better Continue the thyroid replacement also
