I'm really worried about my complexion. I've noticed my skin is dull and damaged, and I'm looking for something to help brighten it up. I heard Restreta could work for whitening the face. Is it really effective, and how soon can I expect to see results? I was told it might show results in a month, but I'm curious if that's true. Would you recommend this tablet?

I've been dealing with these dark patches on my inner thighs for months now and they just won't go away. It's really bugging me because, along with that, I've constantly got this urge to eat and I'm feeling super tired all the time. What could be going on?

The dark patches on your inner thighs could be a sign of a condition called acanthosis nigricans, which is often associated with insulin resistance. To address this, I recommend using a topical cream containing hydroquinone and tretinoin, such as Tri-Luma cream, to lighten the dark patches. Additionally, managing your insulin levels through lifestyle changes and medications like metformin can help improve the condition. For the increased appetite and tiredness, it is important to address the underlying cause, which may involve further evaluation and treatment.

I've been dealing with a fungal infection for a month, so I went to see a skin doctor who gave me Eberconazole tablets and cream, but also Cetrizine HCl tablets. Interestingly, I've also been having a runny nose and sneezing for the past 23 days, which I didn't mention to the doctor, but they somehow ended up addressing it. I'm curious if there's a connection between sneezing, a runny nose, and fungal infections. When I skip the Cetrizine, my sneezing and runny nose come back. I've tried searching online but can't find anything. Is there really a link between these symptoms and fungal infections?

Please consult a board-certified plastic surgeon or an endocrinologist for personalized advice and guidance. They will assess your condition and recommend the best course of treatment.

I've been dealing with this really painful lump between my buttocks, right near the tailbone area, and it's making sitting super difficult. I was looking it up and it sounds a lot like a Pilonidal cyst based on the symptoms. I'm really in need of some relief from this pain. What should I do?

Surgeon opinion.
