I'm really worried about my dad. He was discharged from the hospital about 10 days ago and he's still on 2 liters of oxygen because his left lung got pretty damaged from COVID. I'm wondering how long he might need to stay on oxygen. If we take it off for about 30 minutes, his saturation levels drop to 80-85, should we be concerned? How long do you think it'll take for him to recover?

View allI'm really worried about my dad. He's 64 and has both asthma and diabetes, and I'm unsure if he should get Covishield or Covaxin. I'm so confused about whether any tests are necessary for asthma patients before getting vaccinated. I read that Bharat Biotech mentioned that people with allergies shouldn't take Covaxin, which adds to my worries. Also, I've heard about some people dying after getting the vaccine, and it's quite concerning. What could be the reason behind this? Can you help clarify these concerns for me?
Patient is advised pneumococcal ,infuenza vaccinations every year . Also covishield vaccine is advised to the patient.
