I'm really worried about my dad. He's been dealing with ILD for the past 3 years and has to use an oxygen concentrator almost constantly. I've done a lot of reading about this disease, but I only find information on pulmonary rehabilitation and oxygen therapy. A friend recently mentioned trying homeopathic treatments and said there are medicines that could help in the long run.
