I'm really worried about my dad. He's been dealing with ILD for the past 3 years and has to use an oxygen concentrator almost constantly. I've done a lot of reading about this disease, but I only find information on pulmonary rehabilitation and oxygen therapy. A friend recently mentioned trying homeopathic treatments and said there are medicines that could help in the long run. I'm curious to know if seeing a homeopathic doctor could be beneficial for my dad's condition. Could you provide some guidance on this?

View allI'm really concerned about my health. I've been a chain smoker for 30 years but quit 15 years ago. I also have diabetes and hypertension. Back in 2002, I was treated for empyema and TB and had aspirations done. Recently, they did a CT scan and found some bronchiectatic changes and mucus plugging, along with tree-in-bud opacities in the right lower lobe. There's also some linear atelectasis in the lingual area and a few small lymph nodes, but no significant pleural thickening or fluid collection. I've been getting this intermittent dry cough with chest pain and dizziness when I cough. An ultrasound showed a few hyperechogenicities in my right lung. My appetite seems normal and there's no noticeable weight change. Should I be worried about these findings, and what could they possibly mean for my overall health?

I'm really worried and need some advice. My son-in-law is having a really hard time with a chest infection that's turned into the worst case of pneumonia. It's so bad that he's on ICU now and struggling to breathe. The doctor currently handling his case is a general physician and seems good, but I'm wondering if we should consult a chest specialist since this is related to chest infection. Do you think this situation is curable soon? I'm just really worried and would appreciate any suggestions on what steps we should take next.

I'm 21 and have been dealing with wheezing for the past 5 months. I've seen several doctors and they all mention it's due to mucus build-up. They prescribed me some tablets, and I've completed the course, but it's still not getting better. A few have also mentioned that I have a condition called pigeon chest, and that this could be why recovery is taking so long. I'm really tired of taking meds with no relief. What can I do to actually get better?
Physiotherapy opinion is advised.Also chest arthosis and bracing is advised to the patient.
