I'm really worried about my father's health. He's been on a lot of medications and injections for his psoriasis, and he also has arthritis. If he starts taking Aprezo, how long would he need to stay on it? Are we talking months or years? This is really important to know.

Aprezo (Apremilast) is a medication for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The treatment duration varies depending on individual response and tolerability.
Typical Treatment Duration
- Induction phase: 5 days to 1 week (initial dose escalation)
- Maintenance phase: Ongoing, as long as the medication is effective and well-tolerated
Monitoring and Adjustments
- Regular follow-ups with your doctor to assess response and adjust dosage as needed
- Monitoring for potential side effects, such as diarrhea, nausea, or headache

I had a bandaid on my finger for a couple of days because of a cut, which seemed to have healed. When I took the bandaid off today though, my finger looked kinda weird. What could be going on? Should I be worried or do something about it?
it's likely that the skin under the band-aid has experienced skin irritation or contact dermatitis, possibly due to adhesive or friction; apply a topical antibiotic ointment and cover with a breathable dressing to promote healing, and consider switching to hypoallergenic band-aids or alternative wound dressings in the future.

I'm really struggling with excessive dandruff that's been troubling me for the past 10 years. I recently visited a doctor in Bangalore and was told I have seborrheic dermatitis, but they mentioned it's incurable. I've tried using noskurf lotion and a shampoo from Cipla that was recommended, but unfortunately, I'm not seeing any improvement. I'm just wondering if you could suggest a good doctor in Bangalore or share some tips that might help with this issue?
In addition to using the Noskurf lotion and Cipla shampoo as prescribed by your doctor, you can also try the following tips to help control your condition: Use a medicated shampoo containing ketoconazole (such as Nizoral shampoo) at least twice a week. Wash your hair regularly to prevent oil buildup on your scalp. Avoid using hair products that can irritate the scalp, such as gels and mousses. Manage stress levels, as stress can exacerbate seborrheic dermatitis. - Eat a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals to support overall skin health.
