I'm really worried about my friend. She's been suffering from shortness of breath and finds it hard to breathe through her nose. The thing is, she's only 15 and sometimes she also gets chest pain with it. It's been happening quite a lot. Can you please suggest what might be going on or what we should do?

View allI'm experiencing something strange with my breathing. Even though my nasal passages are clear, it feels like there's something blocking my inhalation right from the start. When I tilt my head back, I notice I can inhale more deeply. Is there an actual difference in my breathing when I do that? Also, during exhalation, I feel the air coming out just fine, but could this be a problem for my lungs? Would love some clarity on this.
Seroflo inhaler sos is advised to the pt for wheezing.
