I'm really worried about my friend who's dealing with dengue fever. He's getting treatment right now, and I'm curious about how long it'll take for him to feel better. His platelet count is okay, but he's still running a high fever around 103-104. Can you shed some light on this?

I'm a bit worried because I've been coughing every 5 minutes for almost 3 days now, and it's a dry cough. I've tried taking honey, Benadryl, Althromycin, and Novaclox 500, but nothing seems to help. Any idea what might be going on or what else I could try?
Try steam inhalation five times daily. It should give you relief for your cough and continue the course for 2 more days

Yes that would work,take once daily at night and consume warm foods and do salt water gargling for better results
