I'm really worried about my grandfather. He's had this persistent pain on the left side of his lower ribs for over a month now, about 34 days, and it gets worse when he touches it or coughs. If u are having good diet and have a walk daily you may not need medicine except there is deficiency. Check with Vit B12 & DE. And if deficient then take medicine for it
