I'm really worried about my health right now. I've got COPD type 2 and recently I've been dealing with really bad shortness of breath. My foot and abdomen are swollen, and I've been struggling to urinate for the last four days. My oxygen level is at 88 and my pulse rate is 120. What could be going on? Should I be concerned?

View allI'm starting to worry a bit because even after 25 days of taking the prescribed medication for COVID-19 and sticking to all the protocols, a positive test result is still showing up. There aren't any symptoms at the moment, but my dad's SpO2 levels are all over the place. They dip to around 93 in the evening but shoot back up to a normal 98 when he wakes up in the morning. Should I be concerned about this fluctuation? Is this considered normal?

My mom just got a positive COVID result and today marks the 7th day of her fever journey. I checked her blood work, and it's mostly normal with a CRP of 7, and her Spo2 is at 99. The fever's gone now, but she's having chest pain when she has a dry cough. Should we consider going for a chest X-ray, or is an HRCT a better option? I'm really unsure about the best step here.
do chest xray that's enough
