My brother was dealing with tuberculosis, and he finished his medication a few months back. But now, he's having this pain in his lungs, especially when he yawns, takes deep breaths, or sneezes. This started after he completed the medication course, and it's got me a bit concerned. It's been three months since he stopped the treatment. Any idea what could be causing this?

I'm working a night shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and I've been having this issue where my breathing stops while I'm asleep. When I wake up in the morning, I end up vomiting, and there's also this white spit. It's honestly quite worrying, and I could really use some advice on what's going on here. Any insights would be appreciated.

My wife's been dealing with a persistent cough for about 15 days, and she had a fever at the beginning, but it went away after 3 days. The same thing happened around this time last year, but back then, it was just a cough that stuck around for a month without the fever. We saw a doctor, and he ran some testsCT Chest showed consolidation in the right upper chest, and last years X-ray showed the same thing while the cough was there, but it went back to normal after a month. Her lab results came back with HB10, ESR99, TLC 3800, Platelets 1.1 lakh. Sputum AFB is negative from 3 samples, but the QuantiFeron Gold test is positive. There are no signs of weight loss or appetite changes. The doctor suspects it might be TB and started her on a regimen with Rifampicin, INH, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol, and Pyridoxine. I'm just wondering because this issue occurred last year and now again but not in between. Should we stick with the treatment plan? Any insights would be appreciated.
