I'm really worried about my husband. He's had this dry cough since last September, and it usually happens right after he finishes eating. It's like he keeps needing to clear his throat. Plus, whenever he's in cold weather, it gets worse. We've seen so many general physicians, but no one can seem to figure out what's going on. We did a chest X-ray and an HRCT in October of 2021, and everything came back clear. We also just checked his IGE levels, and they were at 1071. One doctor suggested he take montair fx for a month. Could you help me understand what might be causing this?

View allI'm trying to figure out what's going on with me. I had mild to moderate pneumonia from COVID last month, and I tested negative after 23 days. My CT value at that time was 7 by 25. Right now, I'm just taking Perfitab. But whenever I skip the meds, I get this really annoying burning or itching feeling in the middle of my chest, and it only seems to happen when I'm resting. I don't have a cough or any breathlessness, so I'm confused. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be lung fibrosis or something else?
complete the score and do chest x ray

I'm dealing with this issue where there's extra fluid between my lungs and chest wall due to tuberculosis. It's happened three times already, and I've had to get it removed each time. Is there a permanent solution for this problem? I'm really worried and would appreciate your advice.
Continue ATT as advised by the pulmonologist.

I've been experiencing some breathing problems lately, but it's not constant. It happens sometimes when I'm talking, either on the phone or at work. After about 23 minutes, I feel like I need to pause and catch my breath. I'm also feeling a bit of heaviness in my chest. Do you think this is something to worry about?
do chest xray and then proceed further
