I've been dealing with a cough for the past month and had symptoms that reminded me of Covid-19, but I've taken the RTPCR test twice this month, and both came back negative. Even so, I'm feeling a lot of pressure in my lungs. Any idea what could be going on or what I should do next?

View allI'm getting really worried because it's been a month since I caught COVID-19. I was admitted to the hospital on April 23 and discharged on April 28. Lately, I've noticed that about ten days after coming home, I started experiencing sudden drops in my oxygen levels and breathlessness, but only while I'm sleeping. During the day, my oxygen levels are between 95 and 98, which seems normal, but at night they can drop to 80 or even lower. This happens even when I sleep in a prone position. Is this something like Happy Hypoxia? I really need some guidance and help with this.
it is hypoxia ,kindly do chest xray

I'm really worried about my dad because he's dealing with pulmonary fibrosis and is on fibrodone tablets, six a day. Lately, he's been having some rough side effectslike bad headaches, feeling like he might vomit, and he's just not hungry at all. Plus, he's on oxygen for about 15 to 16 hours every day. I checked online and saw that these might be side effects from the meds. Is it okay if he takes a break from these tablets until he feels a bit better? Are there other options out there instead of this medication? What could happen if he stops taking it for some time?
Continue same treatment,Also continue seroflo inhaler sos for breathing difficulty.

I'm trying to understand the results of my CT scan. It mentions a "small calcified nodular opacity" in the right middle lobe, which apparently measures 3.7 mm and might be a healed granulomatous lesion. There are also "few subcentimeter sized noncalcified lymph nodes," with the largest one being 9.1 mm in the AP window region. Could you explain what this means and what steps I should take next? I'm a bit worried about these findings.
you have some fibrosis , do regular breathing exercises
