I'm really worried about my sister who's 27 years old. She eats a lot of slate pencils every day, and when she doesn't, she gets really uneasy, irritated, and spends a lot of time thinking about it. I feel like I need to help her. What can I do to save her from this? Could this be harmful to her health in the long run?

View allI've been struggling with a masturbation addiction, and it's really taken a toll on my life. I find it so hard to resist the urge. Can you give me some advice on how to manually stop this habit and keep myself away from it?
It's important to understand that overcoming this habit requires patience and self-compassion. Try setting clear goals, staying busy with hobbies, and practicing mindfulness techniques. If it feels overwhelming, seeking support from a therapist can also help you address underlying triggers and build healthier coping strategies.

I'm trying to understand if Librax is actually meant to help with sleeplessness. My friend told me her doctor prescribed it as a sleeping pill, and I'm a bit confused because I've never heard of it being used for that before. Is it common to use Librax for sleep issues, or could there be another reason the doctor might have recommended it?
No its not a sleeping pill, its used for stomach related issues

I'm really struggling with my zolpidem use after taking it for insomnia that started with the stress of marriage and moving. Now I can't seem to stop taking Zolfresh for almost any reason. If my husband is snoring, I take one. If I'm going to bed late, I just pop another. It's gotten to the point where I'm even using it for afternoon naps, taking 15 mg at night and 10 mg in the afternoon. I'm feeling stuck in this cycle. How can I break free from this?
Donot use it in an appropriate way, visit Psychiatrist for counselling and appropriate management,
