I'm really worried about my skin. It's very dark and seems to react quickly to different climates and water. My skin gets oily so fast, like within half an hour, and it's sensitive too. I'm looking for a good medicated cream that can help reduce melanin. Could you recommend something that would work for my skin type?

View allI'm noticing this rash on my nose that seems to have a butterfly shape. Which specialist should I see firstsomeone who deals with skin issues or maybe an ENT specialist?
Start with a dermatologist (skin specialist), as a butterfly-shaped rash on the nose is often indicative of lupus or rosacea, which are skin conditions that can be diagnosed and treated by a dermatologist.

I'm 19 years old and really want to grow a thicker, fuller beard. Right now, my beard growth isn't as great as I'd like. I have some hair, but it's not as much as I want. Can you give me some tips to help me achieve a fuller beard? I'm really concerned about this and could use your advice. It's pretty important to me.
-At 19, your beard growth is still developing, and genetics play a big role. To encourage thicker growth, focus on a healthy diet rich in proteins, vitamins (like biotin), and minerals, get enough sleep, and avoid stress. Patience is key!
