I'm really worried about my skin. It's very dark and seems to react quickly to different climates and water. My skin gets oily so fast, like within half an hour, and it's sensitive too. I'm looking for a good medicated cream that can help reduce melanin. Could you recommend something that would work for my skin type?

View allI'm really worried because the foreskin on my penis is really tight and keeps getting these painful cuts. It's super uncomfortable and every time I try to clean, it gets inflamed and red. I've been using CandidB cream for the itching, but the cuts just keep coming back. Can you give me some expert advice on what to do?
It sounds like you're dealing with a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin is too tight to be pulled back over the head of the penis, which can cause pain, cuts, and inflammation when you try to clean or retract it. The recurrent redness, cuts, and inflammation you're experiencing could also be due to infection, irritation,or inflammation of the foreskin. Wash the area gently with warm water. Avoid using harsh soaps. Avoid scrubbing the foreskin. If it's difficult to retract, do not force it.Seek a specialist ( urologist ) care.
