I'm really worried about my sugar levels. I just checked and before fasting, it was 237, and after fasting, it went up to 337. That sounds dangerous, right? I'm currently taking VOLIX M 0.3 MG. Could you advise on what steps I should take next?

View allMy wife is 30 and has a thyroid issue that's preventing her from getting surgery. The doctor said her levels need to be normal first. What medicine and dosage would help bring her thyroid levels back to normal so she can proceed with the surgery?
Thyroid meds like levothyroxine are adjusted based on TSH; dose must be set by your endocrinologist.

I've been dealing with gynecomastia as a male and it's not painful but really bothers me. Are there any proven non-surgical ways to reduce it? I'd prefer to avoid surgery if possible.
Since gynecomastia is often related to hormonal imbalances, hormone therapy can be an effective non-surgical treatment. Hormonal imbalances, especially high levels of estrogen or low levels of testosterone, can cause the development of enlarged breast tissue in men.

I'm dealing with obesity and my endocrinologist put me on Glycomet SR 850, twice a day for the next three months. I'm wondering if this medication will help me lose weight and how exactly it works. Could you explain it to me?
Glycomet SR 850 is a medication for type 2 diabetes management, not primarily for weight loss. However, weight loss may occur as a secondary effect
