I'm really worried about my sugar levels. I just checked and before fasting, it was 237, and after fasting, it went up to 337. That sounds dangerous, right? I'm currently taking VOLIX M 0.3 MG. Could you advise on what steps I should take next?

View allmy nipples look puffy most of the time but when I take cold showers they appear normal my testosterone levels are fine and I really don't want surgery is there anything else I can do about this
Puffy nipples, especially if they fluctuate with temperature changes and you've ruled out underlying conditions like gynecomastia, are likely related to hormonal fluctuations or temperature sensitivity. I'm 21 and I've been dealing with gynecomastia since I was in school. I've tried going to the gym, hoping it would help, but I still don't feel confident enough to tackle strength exercises. Can you provide any advice on how to get rid of this? I'm really determined to address it now and just want to have a normal-looking chest. Any suggestions on medications, diet plans, or if I should see a doctor would be really appreciated. This situation is just so frustrating.
