my nipples look puffy most of the time but when I take cold showers they appear normal my testosterone levels are fine and I really don't want surgery is there anything else I can do about this

Puffy nipples, especially if they fluctuate with temperature changes and you've ruled out underlying conditions like gynecomastia, are likely related to hormonal fluctuations or temperature sensitivity. If you don't want surgery, you can try lifestyle changes like a healthy diet, targeted exercise, and stress reduction to see if they help minimize puffiness

View allI'm looking at my daughter's diagnostic report, and her TSH level is 8.7. From what I understand, it should be under 5.5. She's only 11 years old, so I'm just wondering if this is normal for her age or if there's something we need to address. Any advice on what steps we should take?
