I'm really worried about my uncle. He got over covid about 2 months ago, but he still isn't doing well. He was in the hospital and got steroids and medications like remedesivir and faviflu, and they said he had viral pneumonia. They let him go after 20 days, but now he's got this persistent fever around 99-100, and his oxygen levels are worrying me since theyre down to about 89. I checked his CRP, and it's sitting at 8. Even though his reports look clean, the CT scan shows some GGO formation. Whats freaking me out is when he moves, his oxygen can drop to as low as 73. Could you please give me some advice on what to do next?

I've been on TB meds for three months, and my recent LFT and creatinine tests came back normal. My doctor adjusted my meds and I'm now taking RCin 600 and Solonex 300 for the next six months. I've got a get-together next week, and I'm wondering if it's okay to drink alcohol just for that day since my liver functions are normal right now. Is it safe, or should I skip the alcohol?
absolutely no, it might cause cross reaction with TB drugs. better to avoid alcohol

I've had a cold and cough for the past two weeksno fever or anything else. My cough started off dry and turned into a wet cough about a week ago. I initially took Azithromycin 500 once a day for five days, and now I'm on my third day of taking Cefixime 200 twice a day. I've also been taking Rexcof DX cough syrup three times daily. The cough is getting better, but for the last two mornings, I've noticed blood in my sputum. When I wake up, I have this urge to cough and it brings up sticky mucus with red color, but it only happens in the morning. The wet cough is still hanging around, but it's not as bad as before. Could you help me figure out why there's blood in my sputum?
do Tuberculosis test and chest x ray
