I'm really worried about my uric acid level being at 9.2. Is that really dangerous for my kidneys? I'm hoping to bring it down naturally. Is it possible to do that without medication, or are meds the only way to go?

The swollen vein and persistent pain in your wrist suggest a possible complication from the IV insertion.
Consider consulting a vascular surgeon or a phlebologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
They may perform imaging tests (e.g., ultrasound) to assess the vein's condition.
Possible causes include:
Phlebitis (vein inflammation) Thrombophlebitis (blood clot in the vein) Nerve compression or damage
Seek medical attention to prevent further complications and alleviate symptoms.

I've just found out that I've got a positive ASO titre in my test results, and it's freaking me out a bit. I've been dealing with joint pain, and my doctor recommended some tests, including the RA factor and ASO titre, and while the RA came back normal, the ASO titre was positive. I tried reading up on what ASO is online, but I'm still not clear on how and why it happens. Is it something really serious? Like, could it really mess with my joints and heart valves? I'm just really anxious about what all this means for my health. Any insights would be super helpful.
ASO titre comes positive in many cases, one among them is heart disease, don't worry maintain healthy lifestyle, visit your doctor for complete evaluation and appropriate management

I'm Meenakshi, I'm 22 and from Chennai. I've been dealing with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) for over two years now. I've been on tablets for more than a year and a half, but it seems like they're not really working for me, and things might be getting worse. I've recently started on injections. Could you guide me to a doctor who has good experience with SLE? I'm really hoping to get some advice on what to do next.
