I'm really worried about this situation. I used podowart paint on my warts, and after about four days, the warts did fall off, but now my foreskin is swollen, red, and there's a brown discharge coming from my penis. It's painful, and there's been a bit of bleeding starting too. I saw a doctor who prescribed an antibiotic, but it hasn't helped with the pain or bleeding yet. Plus, I'm dealing with diabetes. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?

View allSo, I just got my chemical smoothening done and I'm not loving this super flat look. The salon said to come back in three days for a wash, but I'm really tempted to wash it at home now. Is there any way I can get back some of my natural hair volume? Any tips on how to get this hair looking a bit more like it used to?

I'm dealing with a really stubborn boil in a sensitive area, and it's just not going away. I used T bact or bactafuz cream like I heard it's supposed to help, and I did a round of antibiotics for three days, but there's no improvement yet. Do you think I need more antibiotics, or should I try something different? I'm starting to worry a bit that it's not getting better.
T Bact or Bactafuz cream can be effective in treating boils in sensitive areas. In addition to the cream, you can also consider taking an oral antibiotic like Augmentin 625mg twice daily for 5-7 days to help with the healing process. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry, and avoid tight clothing that may irritate the boil. If the boil does not improve or if you develop fever or worsening pain, it is important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I've noticed that my armpits have turned dark and patchy, and there's a bit of swelling too. It gets itchy, especially when I sweat. I don't put deodorant directly on my skin. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?
Melacure cream for local application for atleast 3-6 weeks is advised to the patient, as it is economical.
