I'm really worried about this situation. I used podowart paint on my warts, and after about four days, the warts did fall off, but now my foreskin is swollen, red, and there's a brown discharge coming from my penis. It's painful, and there's been a bit of bleeding starting too. I saw a doctor who prescribed an antibiotic, but it hasn't helped with the pain or bleeding yet. Plus, I'm dealing with diabetes. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?

View allI'm really worried about this issue I've been having for the past 4 years. It's not hereditary; I'm pretty sure it's because of my allergies, like the running nose and watery eyes. I know sticking to a healthy diet might help over time, but right now, I need something more immediate. I've heard about treatments like Chemical Peeling and Laser Treatments, but Im not sure which one would be best for me. And I've come across different creams, but dont know which ones to try. Can you help me figure this out?
You can take Montek Lc at bed time but solution would be avoiding allergen and maintain healthy lifestyle, visit Physician for evaluation and healthy lifestyle.

I've been using a soap with gold, glutathione, and kojic acid for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's okay to use it long-term. Also, I'm confused about which skin whitening cream would work best for me. Could you help me figure this out?
Continue same treatment as adised by the dermatologist.

I'm really worried because I have super sensitive, acne-prone skin and I just started using ACNESTAR soap since I have pimples almost everywhere on my body. I've also been applying pure aloe vera and leaving it on overnight, plus I began drinking Safi from yesterday. But last night, my skin was really itchy. Could this itchiness be from the soap, or maybe it's from combining the soap, Safi, and aloe vera all at once? I'm not sure what to do. Can you give me some advice, please?
ACNESTAR soap contains Salicylic Acid which can sometimes cause skin irritation, especially if you have sensitive skin. Safi is an herbal blood purifier and can sometimes cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Using multiple products together can also sometimes lead to skin irritation. I would recommend stopping the ACNESTAR soap for now and see if the itching improves. You can continue using the aloe vera gel before sleeping as it is generally soothing for the skin. As for Safi, you can also stop it temporarily to see if the itching subsides.
