Question

I'm really worried about someone who's been dealing with COVID since mid-April and was admitted to the hospital because their oxygen levels were low. They spent about 25 days on HFNC support, and now they're stable but still need 2 liters of oxygen. My main concern is about the post-COVID complications, especially the fibrosis they're experiencing. Given that they're also an asthmatic patient, I'm really anxious because whenever the oxygen support is removed, their saturation level drops significantly to around 60 to 70. What could be causing this, and is there something more we should be doing to help with their recovery or improve their oxygen levels?

Hey, my dad is 65 and he had COVID pneumonia back in April with a pretty high HRCT score of 1225. He was discharged at the end of April and was keeping his SPO2 levels up at 98 without any extra oxygen. But since mid-July, his SPO2 has been hanging around 95 to 96, and it only hits 98 in the morning. Should I be worried that the infection might be coming back? Hes doing pranayama and using that 3-ball lung exercise tool every morning for 40 minutes.

I've been having some serious problems lately with throwing up right after I eat, and I keep getting these bouts of dry cough and cold. My recent X-ray showed something about 'moderate prominent broncho vascular markings'. What does that mean? Should I be worried about it? And could all of these symptoms be connected somehow? I'm feeling really concerned because I had COVID over 8 months ago, and it was pretty severe with CORAD 5 and pneumonia. Since then, I just haven't felt like myself. I have this ongoing pain in my chest, mostly on the left side, and now my eyesight seems to be getting blurry too. I did an ECG and echo back in October, and they looked fine, and I had a chest X-ray in December and another ECG in January, which were also normal. I'm really at a loss about what to do next. Which type of doctor should I see, and is there a chance I'll ever feel like I did before COVID without all these issues?
