I'm really worried about these pretty big bumps on my hips. They're causing me a really bad headache and I can't sleep because of the pain. Plus, there's blood and some weird fluid coming out of these bumps. What could this be and how should I deal with it?

I was wondering what the difference is between scalp psoriasis and dandruff. I'm a bit worried because I'm dealing with some issues on my scalp and can't tell if it's just dandruff or something more like psoriasis. I've attached a few images hoping you could help me figure it out. Could you take a look and let me know your thoughts?

Scalp psoriasis is a skin condition characterized by red, scaly patches on the scalp, while dandruff is a common condition marked by flaking of the scalp skin. To treat scalp psoriasis, you can use medicated shampoos containing coal tar, salicylic acid, or ketoconazole. In addition, topical corticosteroids or calcipotriene can be applied to the affected areas.

I've been dealing with chickenpox for about six days now, and I'm really trying to figure out the best way to take care of myself and recover. Are there specific foods I should avoid or things I shouldn't do while I'm going through this? I just want to make sure I'm doing everything right to feel better soon.

To care for chickenpox, follow these steps: stay hydrated with plenty of fluids, like water, clear soups, and electrolyte-rich drinks; eat a bland diet of foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet); avoid scratching, spicy, or acidic foods, and drinks like citrus juices or caffeinated beverages; take over-the-counter medications like acetaminophen for fever and pain, and antihistamines for itching; apply cool compresses or calamine lotion to soothe skin irritation; and get plenty of rest, while also maintaining good hygiene practices, like washing hands frequently, to prevent the spread of the virus
