I'm really worried about what kind of food is safe for a diabetic patient. Can she have jaggery instead of sugar? Also, could you let me know what kinds of dry fruits she can eat and how much is okay?

View allI'm 22 and have always been on the skinny side, no matter how much I eat or try to bulk up. It's been a real struggle for me. I recently heard about cyproheptadine being used for weight gain, but I'm not sure if it's safe or if it'll actually help me put on some weight. Could you tell me more about it?

I've been struggling with diabetic ulcers on both feet for the past 4 years and no doctor has been able to cure it completely. In 2013 they had to remove the middle finger of my right foot due to severe damage. Now my thumb is dislocated from the imbalance and keeps creating wounds, making it hard to walk long distances. I feel really frustrated that no doctor has been able to help. What can I do to first heal these foot ulcers and later get plastic surgery to fix my dislocated thumb? Recently there was pus so the doctor gave me IV antibiotics twice daily for 5 days but it didn't help. My average sugar is around 220 and now I'm taking ferobact 200 mg twice a day for 5 days as advised. Why isn't anything working for me?
plastic sx review for further tt is advised.

I'm a bit confused about my treatment plan coming up soon. My current weight is 64.8 kg, and my height is 169 cm, putting my BMI at 22.7. Everything I've read suggests I should stay at this weight. But in two weeks, my medication dosage is going to be adjusted based on my weight. It looks like I'd get 3 tablets if I'm under 65 kg and 5 tablets if over 65 kg. I'm torn on whether I should try to bump my weight slightly to around 67 kg or just stay where I am. Can you help me figure out what's best?
