I'm really worried and I hope you can help me. I just found out I'm pregnant, about 6 weeks along, but I started having brown spotting, which really freaked me out. So I went to see my doctor, and they did a TVS. They found a single intrauterine gestational sac, but no yolk sac or heartbeat yet, and the sac looked irregular in the report. My doctor said the fetus seems weak right now and wants me to come back for another scan in two weeks. They've put me on a weekly Susten 200 injection. Not seeing the yolk sac or heartbeat at this stage, does it mean it could be a nonviable pregnancy? Is there a chance the yolk sac might appear by the time I go for the next scan? I'm trying to prepare myself mentally just in case things dont turn out well, but I really dont know what to expect. What are the chances things could improve in these two weeks?

View allWe're recently married and had unprotected sex, and now my wife has missed her periods for about two weeks. We tried a urine test kit, and it came up positive. We're really hoping to find a natural home remedy to stop the pregnancy instead of relying on medicines. Could you advise us on this?
I strongly advise against trying any home remedies to terminate a pregnancy as they can be unsafe and ineffective. It is important to seek medical advice for safe and appropriate options. I recommend consulting a healthcare provider for further evaluation and discussion of available options.

Had laparoscopic cystectomy for a 7cm dermoid ovarian cyst on October 11th but still feeling sore around the incisions with abdominal pain and backache. How long until full recovery and is flying to another state 20 days after surgery safe?
Full recovery after a laparoscopic cystectomy can take 4-6 weeks, depending on individual factors. Flying 20 days after surgery might be risky if you're still experiencing pain, especially back pain, which can indicate discomfort from the surgery. It's best to consult with your surgeon before making any travel plans.
