I'm really worried because after my fever, I've been dealing with this abdominal pain. My doctor told me to take Seconil, but when I went to the pharmacy, they gave me something called Secnil instead. I'm just not sure if they're the same thing and whether it's okay to take it. Could you help me out with this?

Seconil is typically used as a tranquilizer and anti-anxiety medication. It is commonly prescribed for managing anxiety, stress, and certain psychiatric conditions. Secnil, on the other hand, is an antibiotic containing Ciprofloxacin. It is generally used to treat bacterial infections, including urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal infections, and other types of bacterial infections.

View allMy grandmother has been getting a fever every evening, around 100 to 101 degrees, for the past five days. She feels fine in the morning but then suddenly starts feeling cold and the fever kicks in during the evening. We've been giving her Crocin each night, but we're not sure what else to do. Could you give us some advice on how to help her?
That could be UTI or Any bacterial infection, stay hydrated, visit Physician for evaluation and appropriate management

My mom's been running a high fever for the last couple of days. The doctor suggested she take doxcef cv, dolo 650, and meftal 500. She's been on these meds for a bit now, but her fever isnt dropping below 102. Can we give her meftal two hours after she takes dolo? Any advice would be appreciated.
It's generally safe to alternate Dolo 650 and Meftal 500 for fever management, but they should be spaced out by at least 4 hours, not 2 hours. Since her fever is persistent, it might be helpful to contact the doctor again for further evaluation. Keep her hydrated and monitor her temperature regularly.
